Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with tracking details within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at shop@cossoup.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (Zenith, GTB, and more) and card payments via Paystack.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Nigeria only. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

Lagos: 1–2 business days. Nationwide: 3–5 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select Lagos zones for orders placed before 10AM.

What are your shipping fees?

Lagos Band A ₦4,500

Lagos Band B ₦5,500

Lagos Band C ₦6,000

Southwest States ₦5,000

Nationwide ₦6,500 – ₦7,500

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Pickup is available from our Magodo Phase 1 office. Select ‘Pickup’ at checkout or contact us to arrange.

Are your products organic?

Yes, 100%. Every ingredient is certified organic and free from synthetic additives, parabens, and sulfates.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

All our products are formulated for sensitive skin and dermatologist-reviewed. We recommend patch-testing new products.

What is the shelf life?

12 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I use the oil on my face?

Yes! The Radiance Tonic Oil Spritz is formulated for both face and body use.
