Cossoup Industries Limited is a Nigerian skincare company that manufactures and sells premium, handcrafted skincare products. Our registered office is in Lagos, Nigeria.
2. Products
- All products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in appearance may occur between batches.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. The actual product may differ slightly in colour due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
- Skincare results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of our products.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are binding.
- An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
- Payment is currently accepted via bank transfer only. Card payments will be available soon.
- Your order will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.
- Bank details will be provided at checkout. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

7. Consultations
- Skin consultations are ₦10,000 for a 1-hour virtual session via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Consultations are advisory in nature. We are not a substitute for medical advice from a licensed dermatologist or physician.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cossoup.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Cossoup Industries Limited and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Cossoup Industries Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
